What I do

Hospitality fit-out

I help Real Estate Developers and Operators succeed in their new openings and refurbishments. Coordinating vendors, contractors, and colleagues from other departments is my daily life. I eat FF&E value-engineering for breakfast. Seriously, I love FF&E, hospitality, and travelling.

In the grand spectacle of building Retail projects, I am the conductor of the orchestra -always ensuring that we play together the symphony of success. When issues arise (as they often do), I am the confident leader, guiding and resolving them.

When working on the supplier side my mission is to ensure the client's happiness while managing the project like a pro! Always having budgets, timelines and milestones under control, and with an eye on the prize.

Maira's got a solid grasp of project management and knows her way around FF&E solutions. Plus, she understands the ins and outs of the entire development process. This means she can assess dependencies with other parties accurately and help us minimize risks along the way.
I reached out to Maira during the development phase of our student residence project, when we were just a few months away from its scheduled opening. I’ve now worked with her on multiple projects and knew the project was in good hands. Maira promptly assumed responsibility and seamlessly integrated into our development team, adeptly orchestrating all necessary activities.
Under enormous time pressure she coordinated from the design & execution till final styling everything perfectly.
